Hoshinoya Okinawa, part of the Hoshino Resorts group, will be hosting an open-air ‘Sea Breeze Afternoon Tea’ from March 1st to May 31st, 2024. The pool design extends into the ocean, offering a breathtaking infinity view of the sea. Guests can relax to the sound of waves while indulging in a leisurely afternoon tea, making it a truly delightful experience.
One of the highlights of the ‘Sea Breeze Afternoon Tea’ is the use of tea stands crafted from evergreen pine trees native to Okinawa. These unique tea stands are adorned with carvings of peonies, long-tailed grass, and other patterns, which have been used in celebrations and hospitality since the Ryukyu Kingdom era.
